The Roseclair is offered for $2900 to $3400/month and for weekly and nightly stays. Rate reductions available for stays of longer than 90 days. All utilities and basic cable television are included as part of the contract rent. Upon checkout, a full cleaning/linen service is required and will be arranged for you.
A Premium DirecTv/Wireless Broadband Internet Package and housekeeping services are each available for a nominal charge.
First and last months’ rent and a refundable $1000 security deposit are required prior to check-in. Pets are accepted on a case-by-case basis and will require a $250 pet fee and minimum 2x/month housekeeping service.
All Swank Apartments are strictly smoke-free.
