The Penthouse is offered for $2745/month. Rate reductions available for stays of longer than 90 days. All utilities and basic cable television are included as part of the contract rent. Upon checkout, a full cleaning/linen service is required and will be arranged for you.
A Premium DirecTv/Wireless Broadband Internet Package and housekeeping services are each available for a nominal charge.
A one-month minimum stay is required for all units. First and last months’ rent and a refundable $1000 security deposit are required prior to check-in. Pets are accepted on a case-by-case basis and will require a $250 pet fee and minimum 2x/month housekeeping service.
All Swank Apartments are strictly smoke-free.
