The Penthouse at Swank Apartments is a fully furnished luxury apartment centrally located in Boston. Newly constructed in 2002 as the crown atop an existing 3-unit building restoration, dramatic contextual views of the Boston skyline are just one of the highlights of this contemporary space.
An open floor plan creates a bright and airy Great Space that links the living room, dining room, and kitchen area. Whether relaxing on the sofa, the leather chaise, or from the generous seat of the oversized wing chair, you can enjoy the Penthouse entertainment system that includes a 30” flat screen television, DVD/CD player, surround sound system, and basic cable television service. Optional Premium DirecTV is available as an upgrade. Sound is wired to compact speakers in every room and can be adjusted from the central volume control in the hallway. The dining area offers seating for six.
Sleek and modern, the spacious kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and unique lava rock countertops. Generous oversized cabinets are well stocked with glasses, flatware, and eclectic mid-century dishware. Appliances include a gas range, microwave oven, dishwasher, disposal, and refrigerator.
The master bedroom offers a queen-sized bed, a tall chest of drawers, and a large closet. The second bedroom can be a study or workspace if you prefer. A full-size futon bed double-duties as a couch and a computer desk allows for a quiet space to work.
A private covered porch adjoins the formal dining space with northeasterly-facing views of the Boston skyline.
Hidden away in a closet adjacent to the kitchen, a high-efficiency washer and dryer allows for convenient at-home laundry care. Linens, towels, hangers, an iron, ironing board, and alarm clocks are provided. Central air conditioning rounds out the list of amenities for the Penthouse.
