The Mayhew at Swank Apartments is a fully furnished luxury apartment centrally located in Boston. As one of four units in this meticulous building restoration project, the Mayhew combines characteristic turn-of-the-century Boston area architecture with modern day amenities and efficiency. Original golden fir wood floors are complimented by thick, plush area rugs; designer furnishings create an elegant coziness throughout.
The Mayhew living room offers two sitting chairs and a comfortable loveseat and is outfitted for entertainment with a 30” flat screen television, DVD/CD player, surround sound system, and basic cable television service. Optional Premium DirecTV is available as an upgrade. Sound is wired to compact speakers in every room and can be adjusted from the central volume control in the hallway.
A full formal dining room offers seating for six.
The kitchen is completely outfitted for cooks of all types with a gas range, microwave oven, dishwasher, disposal, and refrigerator. The cabinets are generously stocked with pots and pans, cooking utensils, dishes, glassware, and flatware. Granite countertops compliment the tasteful cabinetry and large capacity sink.
Separated from the living space by a sliding pocket door, the Mayhew master bedroom boasts a queen-sized bed, a large bureau, and a spacious closet. The Mayhew second bedroom contains a full-sized bed in a lovely antique frame, a large dresser, and a closet. A smaller third bedroom has a full-size pullout bed allowing the Mayhew to sleep up to 6 people. If unneeded as a bedroom, this space provides a quiet study area with a desk, lamp and comfortable couch.
Quietly tucked away in the bathroom closet, a high-efficiency washer/dryer unit allows for convenient at-home laundry care. Linens, towels, hangers, an iron, ironing board, and alarm clocks are provided. Central air conditioning rounds out the list of amenities for the Mayhew.

On-street parking is ample, and the subway station is an easy walk to Andrew Square on the MBTA Red Line. Access to Interstate 93 north and south is minutes away.
