The Dorset at Swank Apartments is a fully furnished luxury apartment centrally located in Boston. As one of four units in this meticulous building restoration project, the Dorset combines characteristic turn-of-the-century Boston area architecture with modern day amenities and efficiency. Original golden fir wood floors are complimented by thick, plush area rugs; designer furnishings create an elegant coziness throughout.
The Dorset living room offers two sitting chairs and a loveseat and is outfitted for entertainment with a 30” flat screen television, DVD/CD player, surround sound system, and basic cable television service. Optional Premium DirecTV is available as an upgrade. Sound is wired to compact speakers in every room and can be adjusted from the central volume control in the hallway.
A full formal dining room offers seating for six.
The kitchen is completely outfitted for cooks of all types with a gas range, microwave oven, dishwasher, disposal, and refrigerator. The cabinets are generously stocked with pots and pans, cooking utensils, dishes, glassware, and flatware. Granite countertops compliment the tasteful cabinetry and large capacity sink.
Each of the Dorset bedrooms contain a Queen/Full-sized bed, one large dresser, side tables and a large closet. A smaller third bedroom has a full-size pullout bed allowing the Dorset to sleep up to 6 people. If unneeded as a bedroom, this space provides a quiet study area outfitted with a desk, lamp and couch.
Quietly tucked away in the bathroom closet, a high-efficiency washer/dryer unit allows for convenient at-home laundry care. Linens, towels, hangers, an iron, ironing board, and an alarm clock are provided. Central air conditioning rounds out the list of amenities for the Dorset.

On-street parking is ample, and the subway station is an easy walk to Andrew Square on the MBTA Red Line. Access to Interstate 93 north and south is minutes away.
